This lash shampoo is to keep to look after your lash extensions and to get the most out of them and also looks after your natural lashes as well.

Just two pumps onto the eyelid and move the cleansing brush in circular motions slowly also get to the root as well. I like to blow dry my lashes on the cool setting on of my hair dryer or lash fan to keep them fluffy

Refunds or Exchange:

As long its in the original packaging & haven't been opened for hygiene reasons you will be able to get a refund or exchange within 14 days. Anything over 14 days will depend on the situation depends on the solution outcome.

We are not responsible for any damage or theft after your parcel has left the post office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

With our Peach sponge if they are mouldy as you haven't followed the aftercare advice i will not be able to exchange or refund you as you was advised on how to look after them (As when you purchase a sponge or our sponge set a aftercare guide will come with it to get the most & how to look after them). If there any other problems with them then it will be our normal refund & exchange policy.

With any payments through Clear pay/paypal / Klarna you will be able to have a refund as long as the item hasn't been opened for hygiene reason if been opened or used unfortunately will not be aloud a refund or exchange.

First class delivery with royal mail - £3.50

Second class delivery with royal mail - £1.50

When you have placed an order, please allow 2-5 working days for it to be prepped & packaged before sending. We do aim to do this the next day after your order has been processed or same day but this is not promised its down to how many orders are happening that day.

All sent through Royal mail, you will get a proof of postage as well emailed to you.
